A four-session Zoom workshop for early childhood professionals who have completed the Introductory ESDM Parent Coaching Workshop to continue building confidence and competence in coaching families. Combining group learning with self-guided activities, participants will practice and navigate the more relational coaching components to ESDM, integrating behavioral change strategies, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy into family-centered coaching. Professionals will be expected to practice topics directly with families and share non-identifying information about their coaching experiences for expert guidance on applying these topics. Class size is limited to 10 to maximize the online learning experience.
