A four-session Zoom workshop for early childhood professionals to explore the foundations of coaching families through the ESDM. Combining group learning with self-guided activities, participants will gain both knowledge and practical skills to help families plan, practice, reflect, and problem solve in a supportive, safe learning environment.  Professionals will be expected to practice topics directly with families and share non-identifying information about their coaching experiences for expert guidance on applying these topics. Previous experience or certification in the ESDM is not required to attend this workshop. Class size is limited to 10 to maximize the online learning experience.
