A one-hour Zoom workshop for early childhood professionals seeking to elevate their coaching techniques in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) with parents, caregivers, or staff as adult learners. This session introduces a comprehensive fidelity framework, encompassing evidence-based strategies to foster collaboration, reflection, and ethical practices in ESDM coaching. Previous experience or certification in the ESDM is not necessary to take this workshop. Class size is limited to maximize the online learning experience.
